User/Client-Side Troubleshooting
Method 1
First, check your internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can prevent images from loading properly. Try refreshing the page or switching to a different wifi.
Method 2
Next, ensure that Brave’s Shields settings aren’t blocking images. Click the lock icon in the address bar, go to Site Settings, and confirm that Images are set to Allow. If images are blocked, enabling them should resolve the issue.

Directly go to brave://settings/content/images and make sure “Sites can show images” is selected.
Method 3
Clearing your browser cache can also fix it. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data, then select Cached images and files. Restart the Brave browser and check if the images appear.
Method 4:
A browser extension can be the hidden cause. Some browser extensions interfere with content loading. Disable extensions one by one to find if any of them are causing the problem.
If you’re using Brave on mobile, make sure your app is updated.
Method 5:
If none of these solutions work, consider resetting Brave settings. Go to Settings > Reset Settings, then restore default settings for Brave.

This will reset all browser settings for you in just 1 click.
Fixing for Website Owners-Publishers
If you’re a website owner whose website is listed in Brave News or an SEO manager for a news organization?
Then this section gives an idea of why images are not loading in Brave News for your site and how you can fix it.
Method 6:
For users experiencing issues with specific feeds, try unfollowing and re-following sources. Navigate to Brave News Settings, remove the feed, and add it again.
Or, the RSS feed is the main cause.
Method 7:
Brave News uses RSS feeds to fetch the news articles for users. So if your blog or news website is running on WordPress, then make sure your image links are there in the RSS feed.
If you’re site is on WordPress, then the default RSS feed URL is example.com/feed/
Ask your developer team to add featured image links in the RSS feed if it is not there.
